Utility data and production monitoring
With your written authorisation we request interval or billing data from your utility so that a system can be sized against measured consumption rather than an estimate. That authorisation is specific, revocable and used only for design and reporting.
Systems we install report production telemetry to our monitoring desk. That data covers the equipment and its output. It is not occupancy data and we do not use it to infer when a property is empty.
