Production estimates and savings figures
Production estimates are modelled using industry standard methods with the assumptions named in your proposal, including specific yield, shading fraction, module degradation and any escalation rate applied. Actual output varies with weather, soiling, shading changes such as tree growth, equipment performance and utility interruptions.
Figures published on this website, including savings amounts, payback periods, incentive values, pricing and equipment specifications, are illustrative samples. They are not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee. Nothing on this site constitutes tax, legal or financial advice.
Licensing and scope of work
Electrical work is performed under our North Carolina electrical contractor licence, shown as NC Electrical Contractor Lic. #U.32418 (demo) · NABCEP PV Installation Professional on every crew. Structural review on commercial projects is carried out by a licensed professional engineer. Permits and utility interconnection applications are filed by us, but approval timelines are controlled by the authority having jurisdiction and by the utility, not by us.
Warranty
Workmanship on mounting, flashing and penetrations is warranted for twenty five years from commissioning. Equipment carries the manufacturer's own warranty, registered in the customer's name at commissioning. Our production guarantee, where offered, is measured against the model printed in the signed proposal and is described in full in the contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
